Role Overview:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales, managing the sales team, handling lead flow through CRM, and ensuring consistent revenue growth. The role focuses on achieving monthly targets, improving conversions, and guiding the team to deliver high performance.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
  • Monitor CRM leads, ensure timely follow-ups, and maximize conversions.
  • Develop sales strategies to boost D2C performance and brand revenue.
  • Train and motivate team members to improve communication and closing skills.
  • Analyze sales performance and share daily/weekly reports with management.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and client experience.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and ensure the team communicates value effectively.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or MBA preferred.
  • 3–6 years of experience in D2C sales or similar customer-facing role.
  • Proven record in achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and data tracking tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
