Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:
1. Independently design test plans, write test cases, and execute tests covering functionality, performance, stability, and compatibility.
2. Accurately identify and analyze defects, prepare clear issue reports, track resolution throughout the process, and verify fixes.
3. Participate in specialized testing areas such as power consumption, performance, audio, and reliability, and contribute to technical problem-solving.
4. Optimize testing processes and methodologies, assist in developing or introducing testing tools to improve efficiency.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
2. Minimum 3 years of testing experience; experience in mobile devices, smart hardware, or consumer electronics is preferred.
3. Familiar with software testing processes and methodologies; proficient in test case design techniques.
4. Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java; experience in automated testing is a plus.
