PCMH & HEDIS Analyst (US Healthcare)

About the Role

Xerosum supports U.S.-based healthcare clients from our Lahore office. We're looking for a detail-oriented PCMH & HEDIS Analyst to join the team — someone who's comfortable pulling reports from multiple systems, making sense of the data, and presenting clear summaries to leadership.

This is a reporting and analysis-heavy role. If you're strong in Excel, experienced with healthcare data, and know your way around ECW, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Extract and analyze reports from healthcare systems including Azara, EBO, and BridgeIT
• Summarize and interpret data to provide actionable insights for the team
• Build monthly, quarterly, and annual summary presentations for senior leadership and board meetings
• Support PCMH and HEDIS quality reporting and improvement initiatives
• Work with population health tools and EHR platforms as part of daily operations

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) — this is a firm requirement
• Strong advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data modeling, dashboards)
• Prior experience in care management, quality improvement, or healthcare operations
• Familiarity with population health tools, particularly Azara DRVS
• Experience with EHR systems and healthcare data reporting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate data into clear summaries
• Able to work independently and manage reporting deadlines

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azara, EBO, or BridgeIT
• Background in PCMH or HEDIS quality measures
• Familiarity with U.S. community health center or FQHC operations

Qualification and Certification:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field preferred

Work Setup

Location: DHA Lahore (Phase 3) — on-site

Hours: Aligned with U.S. Eastern Time Zone

Days: Monday to Friday
