PD Lead: Co-Curricular Programs & Special Projects

Position Overview:

Zindagi Trust is looking for a focused and detail-oriented PD Lead to take ownership of its Co-Curricular Programs and selected Academic Special Projects. This role sits within the Academics team and requires someone who can manage programs end-to-end, work with data, and actively develop new initiatives that strengthen student learning beyond the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall oversight and data management of the ZT Chess Program

• Overall oversight and data management of the ZT Sports Program

• Overall oversight and data management of the ZT Music Program

• Design and development of a Theatre program

• Design and development of a Nature and Gardening program

• Design and development of a Debate and Public Speaking program

• Design and development of a Hobby / Craft Club

• Lead and coordinate the Library Revamp Project, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of co-curricular and enrichment programs in a school or education setting

• Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and track progress through data

• Project management skills with attention to follow-through and documentation

• Comfort working across teams (academics, operations, external partners)

• Initiative, ownership, and the ability to build programs from concept to execution

Experience & Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education/Leadership, Social Sciences, Business or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant experience in education program management or school leadership.
Strong record of co-curricular participation in various areas.
