PDI Engineer

Job Description

The PDI Service Engineer should ensure that all CKD and CBU vehicles had been reviewed and direct all issues immediately in case of rejection to his direct manager, sales, factory quality department “CKD” and supply chain.

• Diligently oversee the timely completion of all tasks listed on the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) checklist.
• Uphold standards of professional attire and punctuality for all technicians.
• Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) encompassing productivity, efficiency, utilization, cost per unit, and duration time.
• Provide expert guidance to technicians in diagnosing and resolving complex repair issues.
• Attain and surpass designated targets, while actively monitor and maintain a comprehensive register for the upkeep of tools and equipment.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering or Relevant Field
• 2 to 4 Years of Experience
• Automotive Knowledge
• Pre-Delivery Inspection Operation Knowledge is Preferred. However, Automotive Workshop Experience is a Must
• Good Command of English
