Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle Preparation & Inspection: Conducting pre-delivery inspections (PDI) to ensure vehicles are in pristine condition, cleaning vehicles, and ensuring a full tank of gas.
- Accessories & Installation: Coordinating with the service department to ensure all customer-ordered accessories and add-ons are properly installed.
- Customer Handover: Delivering vehicles to customers, which includes explaining vehicle operating features, warranty details, and necessary paperwork.
- Documentation & Compliance: Processing final paperwork, including insurance, registration, and, in some cases, guiding the customer through finance options.
- Customer Relationship Management: Following up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction, addressing any concerns, and fostering referral business.
- Coordination: Working closely with sales, service, and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in automobile sales or a similar role in the automotive industry is often preferred.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions professionally.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive technology and vehicle features.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to vehicle inspection and document processing.
- License: A valid driver's license is required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is often preferred.
