PE Teacher

The Egypt Education Platform is on the lookout for a dedicated and inspiring PE Teacher to join our educational team at GEMS - TBS (The British School Elrehab). This position offers an exciting opportunity to promote physical fitness, teamwork, and a healthy lifestyle among students through engaging physical education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive physical education lessons that cater to a wide range of skill levels and interests.
• Teach various sports and physical activities, fostering teamwork, cooperation, and a spirit of sportsmanship.
• Create a supportive and safe environment for students to participate in physical activities and sports.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual development.
• Organize school sports events and extracurricular activities to encourage participation and build school spirit.
• Incorporate health education into lessons, promoting awareness of physical health and wellness.
• Collaborate with other teachers to support the integration of physical education within the overall educational curriculum.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
• Teaching certification in Physical Education is preferred.
• Experience in teaching PE in a school setting is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of sports and physical fitness principles.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for encouraging students to lead healthy and active lives.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of physical education.
