Structural Design Manager – PEB / Steel Structures

Job Location: Lahore – Head Office

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of proven hands-on experience in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) / Steel Structures design.

Education:

• B.Sc. Civil / Structural Engineering (Mandatory)
• M.Sc. Structural Engineering (Preferred)
• Graduates from UET, NUST, or NED University will be preferred

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Structural Design Manager to lead the PEB design function at our Lahore Head Office. The ideal candidate must come purely from the PEB industry with strong hands-on experience and the capability to independently lead the PEB design department with deep technical expertise in PEB systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the PEB structural design team
• Review, verify, and approve design calculations, drawings, and technical documents
• Perform structural analysis and design of:
• PEB frames
• Bracing systems
• Crane beams
• Mezzanines
• Multi-storey steel structures
• Ensure compliance with AISC, IBC, UBC, ASCE, and other relevant codes
• Coordinate with sales, estimation, production, and site execution teams
• Provide technical support during fabrication and erection
• Drive design optimization for cost efficiency and structural performance
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of all design outputs

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience strictly in PEB design
• Candidates with primary experience in RCC or general civil design will not be considered
• Strong capability to lead the PEB design department independently
• In-depth technical understanding of PEB systems, detailing, and optimization

Required Skills & Software Proficiency:

• Expert in:
• SAP2000
• STAAD.Pro
• ETABS
• IDEA StatiCa
• Strong experience in PEB design and optimization
• Steel connection design and coordination with detailing teams
• Excellent technical judgment, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Salary:

Market Competitive (commensurate with experience and expertise)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs190,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
