Pediatric Care Nurse (Ukrainian, Polish or Russian speaking)

Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Pediatrics to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Conduct thorough assessments, including vital signs and triage, to determine the health status of patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including catheterization and emergency medicine procedures when necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and preventive care.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition promptly.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in case management activities to coordinate care across various services.
• Assist with diagnostic procedures such as sonography and CT scans as needed.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Previous experience in pediatrics or related field preferred.
• Strong clinical skills in patient care, including knowledge of cardiac catheterization techniques.
• Ability to perform vital signs assessments accurately.
• Proficient in triage processes and emergency medicine protocols.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in pediatric nursing.
