*Opportunity in Anna, TX, flexible schedule 3-4 days/week & $200K Guaranteed Annual Compensation (at 35% of Productions)

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive dental care to children with an emphasis on comfort, compassion, and clear communication.
  • Establish and maintain a warm, welcoming, and positive environment for patients and employees.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that align with the best interest of each patient, addressing both immediate and long-term dental health goals.
  • Educate children and their families about proper oral hygiene practices, diet, and preventative care to promote lifelong dental health.
  • Utilize a variety of pediatric techniques and approaches to manage patient behavior effectively, ensuring children feel safe and relaxed during their visits.
  • Work closely with a dedicated team of dental professionals, to create a seamless and efficient patient experience.
  • Demonstrate a long-term commitment to the practice, its mission, and the community, with the goal of making this opportunity your professional home.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) and be a licensed in Texas.
  • Proficiency in & passion for Pediatric Dentistry, completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for working with children and their families.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.
  • Willingness to make a long-term commitment to the practice and our community for its growth and success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $250,000.00 - $300,009.00 per year
