Availability: Preferably able to join immediately
Must be willing to relocate Nauru country.

About the Role

Nauru Medical Centre is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Pediatric Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents while working in a supportive and multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in accordance with clinical guidelines.
• Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and support physicians in examinations and procedures.
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for children.
• Educate families on patient care, treatment plans, and health maintenance.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid nursing license.
• Minimum 3 years of paediatric nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a PICU setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and PALS (Paediatric Advanced Life Support) certification required.
• Experience working in a hospital or healthcare facility preferred.
