Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our
Pediatric Neurology and Child Development team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have
hands-on experience working with children presenting with neurological, developmental, and
communication disorders, and will collaborate closely with pediatric neurologists, psychologists, and therapists to deliver evidence-based, family-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessment: Evaluate a child's physical, cognitive, sensory, and emotional abilities (fine/gross motor, visual-perceptual, etc.).
- Treatment Planning: Develop individualized, evidence-based plans with specific goals for activities like dressing, eating, writing, and play.
- Therapy Delivery: Provide direct therapy using play, sensory integration, adaptive tools, and environmental modifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with parents, teachers, pediatricians, and other therapists.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and progress reports.
- Family Training: Educate and train caregivers on home programs and strategies.
- Advocacy: Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for the child's needs.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in Occupational Therapy.
- Pediatric experience & knowledge of child development.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and empathy.
- Ability to manage time and multiple tasks.
- DHA Licensure/Registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, clinic policies, and ethical
standards
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid DHA license or eligibility to practice in Dubai as an Occupational Therapist
- Minimum 2 years of UAE clinical experience in pediatric OT therapy
- Proven experience working in pediatric neurology, child development centers, or
rehabilitation clinics
- Strong knowledge of early intervention and evidence-based therapy approaches
- Excellent communication skills in English
