Schedule & Work Structure

What You’ll Be Doing
Every day brings new smiles, new challenges, and new progress.
- Provide individualized, play-based pediatric physical therapy sessions
- Support children’s gross motor development, mobility, strength, balance, and functional participation
- Develop and implement meaningful treatment plans aligned with Early Intervention and clinic goals
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Coach parents to incorporate therapeutic strategies into everyday routines
- Track progress and adjust interventions to maximize outcomes and celebrate milestones
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for therapists who are passionate about helping children move, grow, and succeed.
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Active Pennsylvania PT license
- Pediatric and/or Early Intervention experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and professionalism
- A self-starter who thrives in both community-based and clinical environments
