What You’ll Be Doing

Every day brings new smiles, new challenges, and new progress.

  • Provide individualized, play-based pediatric physical therapy sessions
  • Support children’s gross motor development, mobility, strength, balance, and functional participation
  • Develop and implement meaningful treatment plans aligned with Early Intervention and clinic goals
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Coach parents to incorporate therapeutic strategies into everyday routines
  • Track progress and adjust interventions to maximize outcomes and celebrate milestones

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for therapists who are passionate about helping children move, grow, and succeed.

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
  • Active Pennsylvania PT license
  • Pediatric and/or Early Intervention experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and professionalism
  • A self-starter who thrives in both community-based and clinical environments
