Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services, specializing in pediatric populations. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within our multidisciplinary team in a dynamic setting, focusing on in-clinic care.

Duties:

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and modalities to aid care.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Behavioral Analysts, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide education to patients and their families.
• Uphold the principles of neurodiversity-affirming care in all treatment approaches.

Qualifications:

• Degree (Doctorate preferred) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations.
• Comfortable and confident in treating a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions.
• Comfortable working with diverse populations, including Autism, pelvic floor issues, cerebral palsy, behavioral challenges, trauma, and diverse sensory needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
