The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work with children of varying abilities to support motor development, mobility, strength, and functional independence in a fun and engaging therapy environment.

You’ll collaborate closely with the supervising PT as well as our speech and occupational therapists to provide coordinated, family-centered care.

What You’ll Do

  • Carry out the individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
  • Implement engaging therapy activities that build strength, mobility, and coordination
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team
  • Educate and support families with strategies and home programs
  • Monitor progress and communicate adjustments to treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in Texas
  • Interest in or experience working with pediatric populations
  • Strong communication skills with children and caregivers
  • Ability to collaborate within a team-oriented environment
  • Passion for helping children grow, move, and thrive

Pediatric experience is preferred but not required — we welcome clinicians who are excited to learn and grow in pediatric care.
