• $125K–$188K base salary
• Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus (based off experience)

Core Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric-focused care including well-child visits, same-day sick visits, and follow-ups

• Perform age-appropriate histories and physical exams; assess growth and development
• Order and interpret pediatric diagnostic testing and develop treatment plans under clinical protocols
• Administer and counsel on immunizations and preventive care guidelines
• Educate parents/guardians on nutrition, sleep, developmental milestones, and safety
• Screen for developmental, behavioral, and psychosocial concerns and coordinate referrals as needed
• Document care using EMR tools and support quality improvement initiatives focused on pediatric outcomes

• NYS PA license + NCCPA certification
• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies
• EMR experience and strong HIPAA knowledge
• FMCSA certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months
• DEA preferred or willingness to obtain
• Preferred: 1+ year pediatrics experience; bilingual English/Spanish
