Now Hiring: Part-Time Pediatrician

We are expanding our specialized care team and currently seeking a dedicated Part-Time Pediatrician to provide high-quality medical care for children and adolescents. If you are passionate about delivering patient-centered care and supporting families with compassion, we’d love to meet you.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in accordance with evidence-based clinical standards and DHA regulations.
• Conduct physical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer or prescribe appropriate treatments, medications, and vaccinations.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Communicate clearly with parents/guardians regarding diagnoses, treatment options, preventive care, and follow-up instructions.
• Interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results accurately.
• Maintain detailed, timely, and accurate patient records in the EMR system.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
• Collaborate with nurses and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, child-focused care.
• Provide guidance on nutrition, developmental milestones, and general pediatric health.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 2–3 years of pediatric clinical experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Experience in outpatient, clinic, or home-care pediatric settings is an advantage.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

• Valid DHA License/Eligibility as a Pediatrician.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills with children and parents.
• Up-to-date knowledge of childhood illnesses, immunization schedules, and growth/development standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage part-time patient schedules.
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive bedside manner.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
