Pediatrician

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough medical examinations of pediatric patients
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
• Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with best medical practices
• Monitor growth and developmental milestones
• Provide vaccinations and ensure immunization schedules are followed
• Offer guidance to parents on nutrition, hygiene, and preventive healthcare
• Manage pediatric emergencies and provide urgent care when needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for multidisciplinary care
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, medical ethics, and regulatory standards
• Participate in continuous medical education (CME) and professional development

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent)
• Specialization in Pediatrics (MD / Arab Board / equivalent)
• Valid medical license to practice in Qatar (QCHP/MoPH)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pediatric practice
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills with children and parents
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment

• Experience in a hospital or multi-specialty medical center
• Subspecialty training (e.g., neonatology, pediatric cardiology)
• Multilingual (Arabic & English preferred)
