Career Services is seeking a Peer Resume Reviewer for spring 2026.

In this role you will have the chance to:

Help students improve their resumes and cover letters, leading them to secure co-ops, internships, and jobs
Provide constructive feedback to peers via email, Zoom, and in person, so they can improve their written documents

Develop your own job-searching knowledge as you teach others about Career Services resources
Be an integral part of the Career Services team

Don’t worry – we will provide training on all these tasks so you are prepared to meet and exceed the expectations of the position. Career Services is committed to making a difference, and with your assistance, we can go the extra mile for the students and alumni we serve to help them achieve success! Qualifications

What we are looking for:

Excellent skills in writing, spelling, and grammar

Desire to learn and teach others
Solid understanding of Microsoft Word
3.0 GPA preferred but not required
Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check
