Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $67/hour. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance
This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered. We are currently seeking a Pega Business Analyst to join our team in Irving, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
Job Description - Pega Business Analyst Day to Day job Duties:
- Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for enhancements to existing Pega applications
- Conduct gap analysis between current and desired business processes
- Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate requirements workshops with business stakeholders across retail banking, commercial lending, and operations divisions
- Maintain requirements traceability matrices and ensure alignment with regulatory compliance needs
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensure traceability, and define acceptance criteria for software release.
- Identify bottlenecks and automate repetitive tasks to streamline workflows
- Overall 5+ years of experience.
- 3+ years of Significant experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the financial services industry
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Pega platforms (Pega 7.x/8.x)
- Experience working with existing/legacy applications and system integrations
- Strong understanding of Pega PRPC architecture and capabilities
- Knowledge of Pega Case Management, Decision Management, and BPM
- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Understanding of API integrations and web services
- Required Certifications & Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science.
- Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA).
