Motion Physical Therapy is a private physical therapy group in St. Paul who believes in setting the community in motion. Currently, Motion has availability for a full-time physical therapist who specializes in women’s health or pelvic floor. This provider will work out of the St. Paul clinic.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Restores, maintains, and promotes not only optimal physical function but optimal wellness and fitness and optimal quality of life as it relates to movement and health
- Establishes treatment plan and provides treatment, considering discharge needs; expected discharge functional status; and appropriate equipment and supplies
- Educates, collaborates with, and conferences with patients, families, and other health care providers; making recommendations for referrals to specialists as needed
- Ability to manage patients with variety of backgrounds and personalities
- Knowledge of current and evidence-based treatment practices

Required Qualifications:
- MN Physical therapy degree (BS, MSPT or DPT preferable; OCS, FAAOMPT)
- Specialization in women’s health/pelvic floor is preferred but experienced and qualified therapists with a strong interest in women’s health will be considered
- Valid and current physical therapist license in the state of Minnesota
- Proven work experience as a physical therapist
- Intensive education and clinical expertise
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work in a highly functioning, fast paced team environment

- Proficient with computer use
- Ability to speak, read and write English proficiently
- CPR/AED certification or willingness to become certified
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
- 40 hours per week Monday-Friday with some optional weekend or evening hours available occasionally

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
