Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
- University degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Data Science or in an equivalent field
- 5+ years of experience in Employee Engagement, HR Analytics, or Human Resources working with multiple data sources, combining information to generate insights from analyses, and creating reporting solutions for an executive audience
- 2+ years of experience with employee engagement and listening data analytics (pulse surveys, focus groups, etc.) using quantitative, qualitative problem-solving strategies
- 2+ years of experience collaborating on projects involving multiple teams and interacting with leaders in varying departments and levels
- Superb critical thinking skills and the ability to take a concept from ideation and strategy to execution autonomously
- Self-directed individual with initiative, creativity, analytical, organizational management and quality assurance skills
- Strong communication, including writing, editing, and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, pivot quickly, and respond with urgency while advising key partners of progress and outcomes
- Experience creating dashboards, tables, templates, metrics, etc. using various tools and technology, such as Tableau, Business Insights
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Technology savvy, familiar with LMS systems, HCM systems e.g. Workday for technology development and reporting purposes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience driving cultural change in a global organization including implementation of new business processes
- Value the importance of people metrics reporting and have a solid sense of data visualization options and opportunities
- Experience with Workday and SharePoint
