Role Overview

As a People Analytics Specialist, you will support the People Success team by delivering accurate, timely, and actionable insights about our workforce. This role focuses on building reports, dashboards, and conducting analysis that helps business leaders make informed decisions. You will work closely with the People Analytics Manager and other team members to ensure data integrity and provide meaningful insights through tools like Workday, Power BI, and Google Sheets .


What You’ll Do

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Workday and Power BI to track key people metrics such as recruitment and retention.
  • Support data analysis requests from the People Success team and business leaders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Prepare presentations and visualizations using Google Sheets, Power BI, and PowerPoint to communicate insights effectively.
  • Assist in survey distribution and reporting for recruiting-related initiatives.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by understanding workflows and validating data sources.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to help solve operational and people-related challenges.
  • Document processes and maintain reporting standards for consistency and scalability.


About You

  • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or HR analytics roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets for data management and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for dashboards and data visualization.
  • Basic understanding of Workday reporting and HR systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and present findings in a clear, actionable format.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating within a team.


Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to SQL or Databricks for data manipulation (nice to have).
  • Experience with HR processes and metrics (recruitment, retention, compensation).
  • Strong communication skills for presenting insights to non-technical audiences.
