At Enerjisa Enerji, we pioneer the energy transformation in Türkiye with a particular focus on sustainability and the vision for a better future for all and provide uninterrupted service to one fourth of Türkiye in our company’s main fields of activities, i.e., electricity distribution, retail and customer solutions, and e-mobility. Being the prominent player in the industry, our company reaches 10.7 million customers in 14 provinces and provides electricity distribution services to more than 22 million users. Furthermore, while we offer renewable energy, efficiency, and green energy solutions to our customers via the Energy of My Business brand, we also operate the first and fastest charging station network in Türkiye with Eşarj, the EV charging operator, of which Enerjisa owns 100 percent of its shares.

What awaits you in this role?

• Preparing the annual HR budget in line with norm headcount projections.

• Consolidating and publishing monthly People & Culture (HR) KPIs, executive reports, and dashboards across the organization.

• Supporting the Rewards and Organizational Development (OD) teams.

• Overseeing People & Culture Information Systems.

• Participating as a team member in Enerjisa Group-wide People & Culture projects.

• Tracking and reporting HR metrics.

• Monitoring financial data and preparing monthly reports.

• Implementing the company’s compensation and benefits policies.

• Implementing and monitoring annual salary review, performance-based bonus and incentive schemes.

• Managing job evaluation and position classification processes.

• Preparing reports and analysis related to compensation and benefits (budgeting, cost analysis, trends).

• Supporting the budgeting & reporting team when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR practices.

• Excellent proficiency in MS Office programs.

• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

• Analytical mindset with strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
