People and Culture Trainee

  • Support the People and Culture team with daily HR operations and administrative tasks
  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in the HR information system
  • Participate in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Contribute to the coordination of onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and cultural initiatives
  • Assist with performance management processes and related documentation
  • Support compliance with labor laws and company policies

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
