- Support the People and Culture team with daily HR operations and administrative tasks.

Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in the HR information system.

Participate in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Contribute to the coordination of onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

Help organize employee engagement activities and cultural initiatives.

Assist with performance management processes and related documentation.

Support compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements-
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
