Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of three years of experience in project management to include establishing a project charter/roadmap, resource allocation, and monitoring performance and quality metrics.

This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating numerous County projects during all phases, to include collaborating with professional architectural/engineering consultants, contractors, consultants, and construction project management teams comprised of professional, technical, and administrative employees engaged in various phases of capital program projects, and relevant stakeholders. Coordinates the efforts of architectural/engineering, contractors, and construction project managers via Professional Service Agreements and contracts to ensure proper project workflow, data collection and documentation throughout each project lifecycle. Complete work journals and create reports in process and make necessary revisions to project expenditure requisitions. Review, negotiate, and approve consultant project scope and fees; and review, process and approve monthly invoice payments for task authorizations. Establish and maintain effective internal functioning of program management office; including proper communications with stakeholders and regulatory compliance agencies; document control protocol; Oversight for proper data collection, project journal and documentation and ensure project data and documentation are maintained in accordance with PMO reporting standards and integrated into Countywide capital dashboards (PRISM, SharePoint, Power BI).
