We are looking for a passionate People & Operations Manager to join Hypermonk Games!
In this role, you will build and scale our culture, support our teams, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations that enhance employee experience and engagement.
What you’ll be doing:

Design and improve recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate journey

Design and coordinate onboarding and training programs to accelerate employee development

Coordinate office operations, vendor relationships, and internal communication processes (including procurement needs and office supplies)

Collaborate with the finance team when needed (e.g., payroll inputs, benefit administration), while focusing primarily on HR and operations initiatives

Lead initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, motivation, and retention

Design and run surveys to measure employee satisfaction and evaluate performance cycles

Support the creation and implementation of People & Culture policies and best practices

Monitor HR metrics (turnover, engagement, training participation) and prepare regular reports to track progress

Organize cultural and well-being events that foster a positive workplace environment

Act as a trusted partner to employees, supporting them with day-to-day People & Culture matters
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field

1+ years of experience in People & Culture / HR & Operations roles, preferably in fast-growing tech, gaming, or digital industries

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken)

Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Problem-solving mindset, result-oriented, and eager to take ownership
