KONE Middle East, Türkiye & Africa is a dynamic and diverse business unit with a direct presence in 14 countries and operating in more than 60 distributor markets across a vast geographical footprint.
We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone to be a part of our People & Communications team. The role will be based in our Istanbul Head Office and report to the People Operations Manager, Middle East, Türkiye & Africa, based in Egypt. The successful candidate will ensure the use of Human Resource practices, policies, guidelines, processes, and systems throughout KONE Türkiye.

We need someone who can influence and collaborate with both field and office-based employees, has a strategic mindset, is result-driven, and has strong business acumen.
What will you do?
Ensure a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees, organizing sessions, updating materials, and analyzing feedback.
Guide employees and managers on self-service options and People & Communications model.
Support initiatives related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and well-being.
Support organizational data management and reporting.
Assist in translations, training, communications, and executing key annual processes such as Leadership and Talent Reviews and Engagement Surveys.
Coordinate administrative tasks such as time and attendance tracking, payroll preparations, and document management.
Support in preparing and delivering annual processes, ensuring alignment with the organization’s annual cycles.
Are you the one?
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in education/human resources or other relevant fields
Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a multinational organization implementing local policies
An advanced level of English is a must
Proficiency in navigating and using Workday for HR processes and reports is a must
Turkish employment law and practicalities knowledge is preferred
Prior experience in finance and reporting is preferred
Excellent communication, strong people relations, and presentation skills
Strong commercial, analytical, networking, and influencing skills
Working experience in successfully covering multiple countries/branches and working with cross-functional teams and matrix management is a plus
Understanding the business needs and linking and implementing HR initiatives to ensure the ongoing success of the organization by having an engaged and motivated workforce
Willingness and flexibility to travel within the region.
No issue with accessing Ataşehir, Istanbul.
