The job holder will be hired on one year contract base that can be extended, reporting to the Sr. Business Partner and the location is based in our Cairo site in Al Obour City.
As a P&C Business Partner – Technical Operation division you will support the delivery of People & Culture initiatives and processes across the TechOps function. The role works closely with the Sr. TechOps P&C BP and business stakeholders to ensure effective execution of P&C programs, workforce planning activities, and employee lifecycle processes, while building strong partnerships with managers and employees. This role is primarily focused on execution, coordination, and operational excellence, with exposure to strategic P&C topics and development into a full P&C BP role over time.
Your responsibilities:

Support the Sr. TechOps P&C BP in delivering the People Strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Act as a point of contact for managers and employees on day-to-day P&C topics.
- Build effective working relationships with business stakeholders across TechOps.
- Support workforce planning activities, including headcount tracking, org charts, and workforce data analysis.
- Assist in organizational design initiatives by preparing data, documentation, and analysis.
- Support initiatives related to organizational effectiveness and engagement.
- Support talent management processes including performance management cycles, talent reviews, and succession planning activities.
- Assist in coordinating learning, development, and career development initiatives.
- Support the implementation of talent programs and follow-up on action plans.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and tracking action plans.
- Assist in the execution of culture and DE&I initiatives at site level.
- Promote company values and behaviors through People & Culture activities.
- Support change initiatives by coordinating communication, tracking actions, and monitoring progress.
- Assist managers and employees during periods of change by ensuring clear communication and structured follow-up.
- Prepare regular P&C reports and dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, engagement metrics).
- Support data accuracy and reporting for leadership reviews and decision-making.
- Identify trends and flag insights to the Sr. TechOps P&C BP.
- Support end-to-end P&C processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, salary review, and bonus cycles.
- Coordinate P&C initiatives across TechOps and Country P&C teams.
- Participate in P&C projects, initiatives, and community activities.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, including mandatory training such as pharmacovigilance where applicable.
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum 7 years hands on experience in HR /P&C BP role in a fast-paced environment
- Working in a big manufacturing sites is a must and key success factor for this role
- Experience supporting HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and stakeholder management.
- Good level of understanding of labor law and HR policies
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Excellent level in English language (speaking and writing)
