Description:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on People & Culture Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and team members across the United States, providing guidance and expertise in all aspects of performance management, employee relations, leave administration, succession planning, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and has deep knowledge of multi-state employment laws. A team player who can jump in and execute tasks where needed across multiple centers of excellence.
For this role, we prefer that candidates are located in or near one of our office markets: Northwest Arkansas, Cincinnati Metropolitan Area, or Minneapolis, MN.
Responsibilities:
- Performance Management: Partner with leaders to drive performance management, feedback, and development conversations that align with organizational values and business priorities.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a confidential and trusted advisor for employees and managers, providing support for conflict resolution, investigations, leave of absence or accommodation requests, and workplace issues.
- Succession Planning & Talent Development: Partner with leadership to identify, assess, and prepare talent for future roles through effective succession planning and development initiatives.
- Compliance: Act as a subject matter expert in federal, state, and local employment law. Ensure company policies, practices, and programs are compliant across multiple states.
- Culture & Engagement: Support initiatives that strengthen our values-based culture, enhance engagement, and promote a positive employee experience.
- Partnering with Leadership: Provide HR support to leaders, balancing business needs with people priorities.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in an HRBP role with a focus on multi-state support.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with employees and management.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR- related tools.
- Willingness to travel

We carefully consider a wide-ranging list of factors to determine compensation, including but not limited to level of job-related experience, knowledge, skills, location, etc. Base pay is just one component of the total compensation and benefits package.
The national hiring starting base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000 per year. Additionally, this position is eligible to participate in our bonus program.
