Title: Senior Recruitment Specialist & HR Business Partner
Location: Melbourne FL
Reports to: Chief Administrative Officer
In this key role, you’ll provide functional leadership and support to our FL Location and interface with the Jonthan groups, partnering with the subsidiaries to drive recruitment strategies that achieve our business objectives.
Essential Functions:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborate closely with FL leadership and staff to define and execute HR strategies that propel our business objectives forward.
- Policy Implementation: Establish, implement, and oversee human resources policies and programs, providing expert counsel and assistance to employees and management.
- Organizational Development: Facilitate organization and FL leadership development efforts, addressing root causes of HR and employee relations issues to foster a positive workplace.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze trends and metrics related to talent acquisition, attrition, diversity, and performance to develop innovative solutions, programs, and policies.
- Talent Management: Play a significant role in administering talent management and succession planning activities within the Jonathan Group organization.
- Workforce Staffing: Lead strategic workforce staffing and talent development, and retention strategies partnering with FL Plant Operations to ensure the organization has the necessary skills and competencies to meet current and future needs.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and positive outcomes.
- Employee Engagement: Provide counsel to FL management on developing and implementing plans to promote employee engagement and positive employee relations.
- Project Management: Perform project management duties and team facilitation to drive HR initiatives.
- Performance Management: Advise management on all aspects of employee performance management with a strategic approach to communication.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, or a related field with 6 years of HR experience, or a Graduate Degree with 4 years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of HR experience with increasing scope and responsibility.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
