As a People and Culture Business Partner for North America, you will be a hands-on driver of HR excellence and a go to partner for leaders and employees. You will have key responsibility for being an effective consultant to leadership and employees with full cycle employee lifecycle changes, including internal mobility, workforce planning, apply and improve policies, procedures and SOPs while handling day-to-day employee relations to ensure consistent, fair and compliant outcomes. You will lead the effective implementation and delivery of a broad range of People and Culture initiatives, programs and projects, working closely with leaders and the wider P&C team to bring them to life with a close attention to follow through and accuracy. You will also collaborate and support organizational and leadership development, provide practical advice on a wide spectrum of HR matters, and contribute your perspective to global initiatives that shape how we work.
- Provide day to day HR consulting and coaching to leaders and employees on policies, procedures, SOPs and all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including performance, development, employee relations, leave and accommodations and immigration, while escalating complex wellbeing or fitness for duty issues appropriately.

Support leaders in building high performing, inclusive teams through guidance on goal setting, individual development plans, performance conversations and managing performance concerns, ensuring performance documentation is complete, timely and aligned with policy.

Coordinate performance and talent processes for assigned groups, including performance review cycles, calibrations, promotion discussions and translation of engagement survey results into clear action plans with tracked follow through.

Support annual salary review and bonus processes, advise on offers, promotions and pay adjustments within established guidelines and partner with Organizational Development on job evaluations, job leveling and market pricing aligned with global job architecture.

Maintain high data integrity across HR systems by accurately processing employee lifecycle and workforce changes, talent acquisition requisitions and mobility and immigration actions, and support core P&C metrics that highlight trends, risks and opportunities.

Support accurate and timely payroll inputs for North America and manage offshoring partnerships to ensure accurate and timely pay, compliance with local regulations, adherence to service level agreements and alignment with Coates values.

Identify and implement improvements to P&C processes, documentation and SOPs and promote effective use of HR systems and self-service tools by managers and employees, providing feedback to HRIS and global teams on issues and enhancements.

Support the Senior Director, P&C NAM with organizational change and change management activities, ensuring plans and communications are clearly defined, consistently applied and compliant with federal, state and local employment laws and internal policies.

Support culture, DEIB initiatives, employee groups and local inclusion efforts and lead by example in reinforcing desired leadership and team behaviors in day-to-day practice.

Partner with global People and Culture and Centers of Expertise to localize and implement global programs and represent North America needs and feedback in global forums and projects.

Build strong, credible relationships with leaders and employees by maintaining a regular in office presence and serving as a visible, trusted and solutions focused P&C partner.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

A minimum of 5-7 years experience in P&C with at least 3 years in a business partnering role.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the U.S. and Canada

Proficiency in ATS, HRIS and business systems, such as ADP, HiBob, Lever, Asana

Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
