People & Culture Intern

We are looking for a People and Culture Intern to support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced, international environment. This role is a great opportunity for a recent graduate who wants to gain hands-on experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, payroll support, and employee lifecycle processes while working closely with a dynamic team in Türkiye.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily people operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, offboarding, and basic HR administration)

  • Assist the hiring process by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates

  • Help ensure HR documentation is organized and up to date (employee files, templates, trackers)

  • Support the team in Türkiye as a first-line contact for basic HR-related questions and redirect requests when needed

  • Assist payroll preparation by collecting required documents and coordinating with internal teams / external vendors

  • Support the localization of global HR practices by helping with research, documentation, and communication tasks

  • Contribute to team planning, culture, and engagement initiatives through coordination and follow-ups

  • Support training and development activities by scheduling sessions, tracking participation, and gathering feedback

  • Collaborate with office management and operations teams for coordination and administrative support tasks

Who You Are

  • A recent graduate with a degree in Business, Psychology, HR, Sociology, or a related field

  • Motivated to start a career in HR / People & Culture

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and international environment

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong at follow-ups

  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to take ownership of small tasks end-to-end

  • Fluent in English (B2+; C1 is a strong plus)

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

  • Basic knowledge of HR processes in Türkiye is a plus
