About The Role

The People & Culture Intern will support the People team at ZIWO in executing global HR operations and recruitment processes. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and contributes to day-to-day tasks such as hiring coordination, onboarding, internal documentation, and culture-building initiatives. The intern will help ensure a smooth experience for candidates and employees alike, contributing to ZIWO’s mission of scaling a high-performing team across multiple regions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain and update records in ZIWO’s ATS (zenATS)
• Assist in organizing employee files, contracts, and compliance documents
• Contribute to internal HR initiatives, engagement efforts, and documentation improvements
• Provide general administrative support across various People & Culture projects
• Help draft and post job descriptions based on hiring needs
• Support onboarding activities for new hires in different countries
  
  

What You Bring

• Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• No prior experience required, but previous internship or project work in HR or recruitment is a plus
• Proficient in English
• Based in Cairo (with flexibility for on-site work)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
