We are looking for an HR Operations Trainee under the Tamheer Program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia!
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, supporting day-to-day HR processes and ensuring efficient administrative and employee services.
Responsibilities:

Support daily HR operations including employee data entry, documentation, and filing.

Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and official memos.

Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.

Support in payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance and leave records.

Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

Assist in handling employees’ requests related to certificates, leaves, and HR services.

Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labor law.

Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition, Training, and Personnel teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Meet the requirements of the Tamheer Program.

Good command of
English and Arabic.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
