Senior Human Resources Business Partner

The Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic IT team in Riyadh. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR initiatives with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture within the organization. Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with IT leadership to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support growth and innovation. - Provide expert HR guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management specifically tailored to the IT sector. - Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans to enhance employee productivity. - Lead employee relations initiatives, ensuring a positive, inclusive work environment and addressing any employee concerns effectively. - Partner with the recruitment team to attract and retain top IT talent, maintaining a robust talent pipeline. - Implement and support change management activities to facilitate smooth transitions during business transformations. - Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior management to inform decision-making. - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies within all HR practices.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. - Minimum of 7 years experience in HR business partnering, preferably within the IT industry. - Strong understanding of IT business operations and the talent needs specific to this sector. - Proven ability to drive strategic HR initiatives in complex, fast-paced environments. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. - Demonstrated experience in performance management, workforce planning, and employee relations. - Solid knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor laws and employment regulations. - HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI) is a plus. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
