About the Role:

Talent Management Specialist is responsible for coordinating all assessment system tasks and daily operational talent management activities and assigned projects such as succession planning and participating in various competency framework activities. Collaborating with key stakeholders and aiding the talent team in accurately organizing and upkeeping data/presentations.

Requirement:

Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or human resources management.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in Talent Management.
• Excellent and effective use of Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English.
