We’re now looking for a People & Culture Lead to partner with our leadership team. This person will bring our culture to life, build scalable systems, and drive change that powers our next chapter.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Inspire : Lead the People & Culture Team to deliver high-impact initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
• Build Scalable Systems: Design and refine recruitment, performance management, benefits, onboarding, and offboarding processes with smart control mechanisms.
• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Excellence : Drive improvements in hiring speed, quality, and diversity, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Employee Experience & Engagement : Create programs that enhance well-being, recognition, inclusion, and belonging across all teams.
• Compensation & Benefits : Oversee fair, competitive, and scalable compensation structures that align with our growth.
• Learning & Development : Build frameworks for leadership development, career progression, and continuous learning opportunities.
• Employer Brand : Elevate our reputation as a top destination for tech talent through creative employer branding initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of team management experience in HR/People functions.
• 9+ years in HR/People leadership roles in high growth tech, e-commerce, gaming or similar industries.
• Proven ability to embed culture into all people's systems .
• Strong project management and change management skills.
• Experience building systems from scratch and scaling them in fast growing environments.
• Experience in managing teams in multiple locations
• Comfortable influencing senior leaders and working closely with the leadership.
• Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English.
