To support this growth, the company has decided to strengthen the People & Culture team with a senior HR professional. In this role, you will work closely with managers both in Iceland and globally. You should have a solid grounding in Icelandic labour law and experience from supporting recruitment processes. We are looking for a proactive and people-driven senior People & Culture Manager (with talent acquisition experience) to join our growing team at atNorth. In this role, you will act as a strategic and operational HR partner to managers across the business; driving people processes, leadership development, and culture initiatives.
While the core focus is HR partnering and organizational support, you will also contribute to recruitment activities when needed – by coaching hiring managers, discussing competency needs and also by doing hands-on screening calls and interviews.
As we have 3 operational sites in Iceland, you are expected to travel regularly and be visible at the sites to be close to our leaders. atNorth has operational sites in over several countries, so travelling also abroad will be expected from time to time.
