People Development Lead

Primehr is Hiring for one of its Leading Client.

Position: People Development Lead
Location: Rahim Yar khan
Budget: 150,000

Key Responsibilities:
1- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop capability-building programs aligned with business and factory objectives.
2- Design, deliver, and continuously improve learning initiatives in safety, quality, leadership, digital, automation, and functional skills.
3- Develop and manage the annual learning calendar, ensuring timely execution and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
4- Administer Workday e-learning by assigning courses, monitoring completion, ensuring compliance, and generating learning reports.
5- Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, workplace performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
6- Manage the end-to-end apprenticeship program, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, certification, and TEVTA compliance.
7- Collaborate with HR and factory leadership to strengthen workforce capability and support the People Pillar within the Unilever Manufacturing System (UMS).
8- Drive employee engagement, recognition, communication, and culture-building initiatives to enhance employee experience and retention.
9- Support recruitment, onboarding, and capability development for contractual management employees while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
10- Analyze learning and engagement metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and drive initiatives that support operational excellence and a future-ready workforce.

Requirements:
1- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
2- 4–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or HR, preferably in manufacturing.
