People Development Manager

About the role: We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of People Development to lead the talent management and performance processes, including setting OKRs, managing evaluations, and aligning employee goals with organizational objectives. Oversees training and development initiatives to enhance skills, improve productivity, and reports progress to senior management.


Key Job Responsibilities

  • Developing a comprehensive strategy for talent management.
  • Developing clear policies and procedures for talent management that enhance employee attraction and development.
  • Developing and managing the performance evaluation process to ensure the achievement of organizational goals.
  • Identifying objective key results (OKR's) for employees and monitoring their achievement.
  • Providing programs to improve performance and develop employee skills, enhancing their productivity.
  • Creating tailored training and development programs to meet employee needs and enhance their skills.
  • Preparing regular reports for senior management on talent management performance.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration or any related field.
  • Minimum 5+ Years of Relevant Experience in People Development.
  • Proven experience in performance management, OKR's design and implementation, managing full performance cycles (goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals), succession planning, and employee engagement.
