Job Summary:

Manage the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality assurance frameworks and learning programs across Visit Red Sea operations to ensure consistent luxury service standards, operational compliance, and capability development


Job Responsibilities:


  • Functional Responsibilities:


  1. Design, maintain, and enhance quality assurance frameworks, scorecards, and audit tools across VRS functions.
  2. Conduct structured quality audits of guest interactions to assess compliance with service, policy, and brand standards.
  3. Provide actionable QA feedback and coaching insights to drive measurable performance improvement.
  4. Lead root cause analysis for service failures and complaints, recommending corrective and preventive actions.
  5. Design and deliver operational training programs covering technical knowledge, service excellence, and compliance requirements.
  6. Develop and manage annual and monthly training plans aligned with operational priorities.
  7. Prepare structured training materials, assessments, and post-training evaluation tools.
  8. Review, update, and standardize SOPs, FAQs, and operational documentation.
  9. Track and analyze quality performance trends and training outcomes, preparing management reports.
  10. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and brand guidelines.
  11. Align VRS Quality & Learning practices with RSG Group HR and Organizational Quality Management frameworks, ensuring governance adherence.


Job Requirements:


  • Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Years of Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience
  • Certificates (Preferred): Preferred to have Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Train-the-Trainer certification, or Customer Experience / Service Excellence certification.
