The Team

As the People Experience Operations Associate, you will provide critical support to the People Experience function by providing operational support to the People Experience Lead. This includes assisting with internal communications, supporting employer branding and employee engagement initiatives, and coordinating logistics for various events and campaigns. The position also involves managing team email inquiries, maintaining accurate records, tracking participation in community involvement activities, and ensuring consistency in branding materials. Additionally, the role collaborates closely with other team members to enhance employee experience and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

How you will contribute:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the People Experience team, including assisting with internal communications related to Global People Organization (GPO) initiatives, supporting employer branding projects, and helping to coordinate employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in creating a positive employee experience by addressing inquiries related to company programs, supporting the planning and execution of engagement events, and managing logistics for internal campaigns and communications.
  • Monitor and manage relevant team email inboxes, directing questions to the appropriate People Experience or Communications managers as needed.
  • Support the organization and execution of giving back and community involvement events by coordinating logistics such as room reservations, and supply ordering, as well as tracking participation and feedback.
  • With guidance from People Experience leads or directors, support processes to maintain accurate records and reports for key stakeholders.
  • Assist with the development and distribution of employer branding materials, ensuring consistency across internal and external platforms.
  • Help coordinate and track supplies and printed collateral for People Experience events, maintaining inventory and managing orders as required for company-wide initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the broader team on project plans, event execution, and day-to-day activities that enhance the overall employee experience and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders; client service mindset
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects; excellent time management and organization skills
  • Microsoft Office skills, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in customizing a strategy to meet a business need
  • Self-starter, resourceful, with a creative and innovative mindset
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, varied environment and has the ability to manage changing priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to travel, as needed (once per quarter)

Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive an annual discretionary contribution to their 401(k) retirement savings plan from Alvarez & Marsal. Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave. The salary range is $65,000 - $75,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
