About the role
The People Manager - Performance & Talent to lead key aspects of our talent strategy with a strong focus on Performance Management and Talent across global teams. This role will partner closely with business leaders, and other teams to drive an inclusive, high-performance culture while ensuring we attract, retain, and develop the best talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management
Design, implement, and continuously improve global performance management frameworks.
Drive adoption of fair, transparent, and consistent performance review processes across regions.
Partner with leadership to establish clear goal-setting, feedback, and career progression mechanisms.
Provide guidance and coaching to managers on performance conversations and development planning.
Leverage data and analytics to track performance trends, engagement, and effectiveness of programs and reporting.
Drive change management initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption of people programs across cultures and regions.
Training teams to become successful by co-ordinating with departments doing need analysis and streamline tech and soft skills capabilities
Drive people success initiatives by minimising team conflicts and build the people culture
Recruitment
Oversee end-to-end recruitment strategy for Org-wide roles, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and success profiles.
Ensure an inclusive and equitable recruitment process and deliver excellence in recruitment understanding the needs of the team.
Build strong talent pipelines through innovative sourcing, employer branding, and partnerships.
Monitor 7 reporting hiring metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, diversity metrics) to drive improvements.
Who we are looking for
Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant field.
7+ years of HR experience, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
Proven success in designing and scaling performance management frameworks across teams
Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and ability to hire across diverse markets.
Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in HR metrics and data-driven decision making.
Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural environment.
Passionate about building high performing team, open to work in ambiguity and use of technology in practice
