What You’ll Do

• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  
• Help manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
  
• Maintain HR records, attendance, and documentation.
  
• Collaborate with the People Ops team to improve HR processes.
  
• Learn about performance management, learning & development, and HR tools.
