People Operations & Learning Coordinator
Location: Pasadena, CA Status: Full-Time | Non-Exempt Hourly Range: $26–$36/hour (DOE)

What You’ll Do:
Lead Training Initiatives: Design and facilitate onboarding, compliance, and professional development programs. Develop engaging training materials and track effectiveness—partner with leaders to identify skill gaps and create learning solutions. Support People Operations by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and ensuring HRIS data accuracy. Help administer benefits and maintain compliance with employment laws. Serve as a resource for employees on HR policies and procedures. Collaborate & Innovate Work closely with all departments to foster a culture of learning and growth. Coordinate with external vendors for specialized training needs.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field preferred. Credit Union experience in lieu of education will be considered. 2+ years in training coordination and HR support preferred (credit union or financial services experience a plus). Strong communication and facilitation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
