Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our organizational processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources management, strategic planning, and program management. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Manage talent acquisition efforts, including recruiting, interviewing, and employee orientation processes.
- Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with FMLA, OSHA, and workers' compensation regulations.
- Lead performance management initiatives, including employee evaluation and talent management programs.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, Paychex, or Oracle HCM for effective human capital management.
- Conduct data analysis to inform strategic decisions and process improvements.
- Negotiate contracts and manage budgeting processes to optimize resource allocation.
- Foster a culture of change management by effectively communicating organizational changes to staff.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design organizational structures that support business objectives.
Experience
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, conflict management, and benefits administration.
- Demonstrated expertise in HR sourcing, organization design, and succession planning.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms such as Taleo or SAP SuccessFactors for recruitment purposes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with payroll systems like ADP or Paylocity is preferred.
