About The Role
We are seeking a reliable and people-focused
People Operations Officer
to support daily HR activities at our on-site clinic. The ideal candidate will manage attendance tracking, assist staff with day-to-day issues, and ensure smooth HR operations within the clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities

Track and update daily staff attendance and punctuality records

Handle and resolve employee issues, inquiries, and concerns promptly

Support onboarding and documentation for clinic staff

Coordinate schedules, shifts, and time-off requests
-
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed on site

Prepare attendance reports and flag discrepancies
-
Support overall people operations tasks as needed
Qualifications
-
1–3 years of experience in HR, people operations, or administrative support
-
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-
Experience managing attendance or time-tracking systems is a plus
-
Ability to work on-site and handle employee concerns professionally
-
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

Proficiency in MS Office or HR software
