People Operations Officer-On-Site

About The Role

We are seeking a reliable and people-focused People Operations Officer to support daily HR activities at our on-site clinic. The ideal candidate will manage attendance tracking, assist staff with day-to-day issues, and ensure smooth HR operations within the clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and update daily staff attendance and punctuality records
  • Handle and resolve employee issues, inquiries, and concerns promptly
  • Support onboarding and documentation for clinic staff
  • Coordinate schedules, shifts, and time-off requests
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed on site
  • Prepare attendance reports and flag discrepancies
  • Support overall people operations tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, people operations, or administrative support
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing attendance or time-tracking systems is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site and handle employee concerns professionally
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office or HR software
