As a People Operations Partner, you’ll be the go-to advisor for leaders and employees, helping them navigate everything from performance coaching to talent acquisition. This role blends hands-on HR support with strategic partnership, giving you the chance to influence engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness. You’ll champion initiatives that make work meaningful, ensure compliance, and drive a positive employee experience across the board.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary HR partner for assigned departments, offering guidance and support.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting and support workforce planning needs.
- Coach leaders and employees on performance, development, and employee relations.
- Support employee engagement, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR data and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with HR team on process improvements, HR technology, and people programs.
- Leverage HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in HR operations/business partner/generalist role.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
- Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools; tech-adaptable.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism in sensitive matters.
- Highly organized with ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel occasionally as needed.
